Man, if I had worked harder and saved smarter when I was younger, and dealers were still struggling to get the last few remnants of these off the lot.... there were a few going for 50k, back in the day.

Any car I like is frustratingly rare, be it affordable (for me) or not. An AE86 coupe. IS Sportcross. Facelifted SC400. A freaking late 70's Celica coupe. A mass produced ‘83 Corolla liftback. A Cadillac station wagon no one bought.

No shit, for me too. Rare, like high quality steak, is probably a sign that you’re doing it right.

If there’s one thing I know well, it’s quality.

Between the unicorn status, the fact the entire internet gets a raging boner about them, and the PNW used car tax, I’m surprised it isn’t even more. We have the most psycho housing and used car market in the country, IMHO.

I thought it was only going to be $68000. I was surprised.

I’m aiming for a C5 corvette once I graduate and get a job. Its reasonable and not unobtainium. Also I love pop up head lights.
